Here is What To Expect in Every Session

This 90-minute class incorporates a blend of philosophical approaches to yoga connecting them to a series of traditional pranayama (control of prana/breathing exercises) and plenty of physical movement. Followed by a long relaxation rooted on yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) principles. It’ll be a journey through diverse tools yoga offers for this ancient practice to remain long-lasting in our lives.

There will also be other approaches to movement as creative expression. This class is open to all levels but most appropriate for those who have already been practicing yoga for some time. It is donation based and everyone is welcome!

Donation-Based Yoga Series for Returning Students during November Only!

Join me for a special 5-session yoga series, created just for students who attended my virtual yoga classes during the pandemic and/or workshops in the past. This donation-based series, held on Saturday 12pm EST, is a chance to reconnect with your practice in a supportive, familiar space.

Each session includes philosophical reflections, grounding movements, mindful breathing, and a blend of gentle and energizing flows, and meditations crafted to suit all levels and reconnect us after the challenges of the past few years and those of the present. I look forward to welcoming you back to this renewed journey!

Please register for each session in advance but not more than a week before, as each class has a unique link.

  • November 16: Balance

  • November 23: Inversions

  • November30: Splits

    Each session is 90mins (pranayama and meditation will be part of each session).
