Join My Donation-Based Yoga Classes — Support Ocean Conservation!

Each session will directly support the ethnographic fieldwork for my master’s thesis this June. My research explores the role of direct-action environmentalism in ocean conservation, with a specific focus on industrial whaling. As part of this project, I will be participating in an anti-whaling campaign, spending 4–6 weeks at sea aboard an anti-whaling vessel.

Your participation and support will help make this important research possible — while also contributing to the broader mission of protecting our oceans and marine life.

Yoga blocks, a strap, access to a wall and a meditation cushion are ideal for each session.

Anahata Chakra, Back Bends and a Heart Opening Meditation.

May 17-Balance & Acceptance

Pranayama. Standing Asanas and Arm balances. Meditation for Intuition and Cognitive Functions.

May 24-Inversions

Heart Over Head. The Higher Chakras. Handstands, Forearm Balance, Headstand, Shoulderstand. Meditation.

Donation-Based Yoga Series for Returning Students during November Only!

Join me for a special 5-session yoga series, created just for students who attended my virtual yoga classes during the pandemic and/or workshops in the past. This donation-based series, held on Saturday 12pm EST, is a chance to reconnect with your practice in a supportive, familiar space.

Each session includes philosophical reflections, grounding movements, mindful breathing, and a blend of gentle and energizing flows, and meditations crafted to suit all levels and reconnect us after the challenges of the past few years and those of the present. I look forward to welcoming you back to this renewed journey!

Please register for each session in advance but not more than a week before, as each class has a unique link.

    Each session is 90mins (pranayama and meditation will be part of each session).
